Our Party Barn aprox.  80 X 150 sq. ft of Boot Stompin, Hat Tossin space, your guests won't get to feeling "too fenced in".   Natural Dirt Floor, Western Theme and decorations, seating  with rental chairs/tables for over 200 at one time.

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE FOR KIDS:$250

at Cowboy Pavillion with view of beautiful pasture, open air!

Package includes:one horse for kiddie rides 45 minutes with a Wrangler ( aprox. 15 or less kids) Wrangler will be on a horse of their own, and have one saddled up on a lead rope behind them, for you to put your kiddies on one or 2 at a time.  Parents will be needed to  lift them on and off of horse(s).

Wrangler gratuities are at your discretion, $10-$20 per wranger avg. tip 

Options:   Additional Horse   $50, will include another Wrangler.

                  Bonfire                    $25

                  Hayride                   $50                         

 

BYO  food and drinks , favors, decorations, table coverings. 3.5 hour should be sufficient time for your guests to have a great time! Plenty of Parking, 2 Indoor Restrooms. (No Heat or A/C. April-November work well) Please have any parents print the liability form (below) , aren't going to be present that day, and bring with you for us.  We require the parents that are present that day, to sign a group form, regarding riding the horses.

Hodown Package: Groups of 100 or More

Party Barn with a DJ, or Sq. Dance Caller, Food plate, smores, hot drinks, kiddy rides. $25 each, minimum of 100, no charge for pre schoolers, 7 and older $15 each.Ho-down includes bonfire, with mini hayrides, that last 10-20 minutes. , a  Sq. Dance caller, or DJ, or Kareoke, smores and if weather is cold, hot cocoa and cider.No charge for preschool, and babies.Includes Cowboy's Favorite Buffet : BBQ ;Pulled Pork,or Chicken, or both, & rolls, with Dogs  for the Kids. Southwestern Baked Beans, Tossed salad, and Bag of chips. Choice of Lemonade or Tea, and Water. Also desert,in hot monthts or S'mores for Bonfires during cold weather, we also include, Hot cocoa, and cider. Options:  Gospel & or Bluegrass Group, Small 3 piece band, Bouncing blow up for kids, clowns, roper , cowboys , or gunfight, ice sculptures. For 175 or more, we also add Kareoke in package.
