any parents, that are not going to be present, and the rest of your
group will also go on this form. You will turn it in when you sign
in. We will have them also if you forget yours.(This is for those of you bringing someone else's child with you to the ranchfor horse related , kiddie rides.
Our Party Barn aprox. 80 X 150 sq. ft of Boot Stompin, Hat Tossin space, your guests won't get to feeling "too fenced in". Natural Dirt Floor, Western Theme and decorations, seating for over 200 at one time. Great for Large and Small Parties! Weddings, and Anniversaries. NO Rave Groups permitted!
BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE FOR KIDS:30 GUESTS OR LESS - $300 Package includes:one horse for kiddie rides or in ambiance for 45 minutes with a Wrangler to help you, gratuity not included for wrangler. If you want an extra equine add $50, will include another Wrangler. Wrangler will be on a horse of their own, and have one saddled up horse on a lead rope behind them, for you to put your kiddies on one or 2 at a time. A parent will be needed to lift them on and off of horse(s). Your package will also include a small bonfire for roasting. BYO food and drinks , favors, decorations, table coverings. 3.5 hour should be sufficient time for your guests to have a great time!

Ho-Down Package:Rule of thumb , but pricing can vary - $50 each , up to 50 guests; ($2,500); $40 each for 51-100 guests
minimum ($4,000); $35 each 101-175 guests ($6,125). After minimum is met, $35 pp for extras.
Hodown includes bonfire, with mini hayrides, that last 10-20 minutes. , a Sq. Dance caller, or DJ, or Kareoke, smores and if weather is cold, hot cocoa and cider.No charge for preschool, and babies.
Includes,Cowboy's Favorite Buffet : BBQ ;Pulled Pork,or Chicken, or Both,& rolls, with
Dogs for the Kids. Southwestern Baked Beans, Tossed salad, and Bag of
chips. Choice of Lemonade or Tea, and Water. Also desert, & or Smores for
Bonfires during cold weather, we also include, Hot cocoa, and cider.Mini(10-15 minute) Hayrides, Cowboys & Horses in Ambiance,
Kiddie rides, square dance caller/Or Kareoke, Or Gospel-Bluegrass Group,
or Small 3 piece band for 2 hours. For 175 or more, we also add Kareoke
in package.
Another buffet idea:
Hot dogs, and chili, buns, salad, chips, soft drinks. This one will cost less.

Outdoor Bonfires
Reservation Required.
Bring what you like, such
as lawn chair, lanterns, food,roasting sticks, drink, and bags to collect non-burnable trash
for placement in the dumpster. We keep $25 of deposit until bonfire area is
cleaned up. No bottles, cans or non-burnables in bonfire, please use the
trash bags you bring to place in dumpster. Both bonfires require $50 non
refundable deposit/commitment charge. We keep $25 until the bonfire area has
been cleaned and inspected. The other $25 may be applied towards your bonfire
cost.
Private Party Bonfires: Private Party Bonfires are
approximately 2.5 hours long. Cost is $50 minimum for up to 10 & $5 per person thereafter.
Shared Bonfire: Share a bonfire with other
smaller groups or individuals, cost $7.50 each for adults and $2.50 each for
children. Mixed groups, other individuals could be drinking at this shared
bonfire.
