Our courtyard with bonfire offers inviting ambiance to your reception or smaller event. During the day, birthday parties, low budget weddings, or any intimate event can take place. Host your showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, reunions, graduations, corporate-team building events here.

Booking memorials and funerals during an uncertain time, we offer a way to gather with large numbers where social distancing is no problem at all. Our covered chapel sets beautifully in front of a landscaped waterfall area and next to a Vintage Chic Oak barn. Our stamped concrete Courtyard is so spacious your F/F gathering will have plenty of room there. The photos will look great with loads, of flowers, and plants.

DIY EVENTS: If you use the deck and firepit you will get it with a skiff of dust possibly, clean it before and after, and if you need more chairs or tables or patio umbrella heaters, bar services, horses in the nearby arena, or firewood its extra so let us know by email what options/rentals you need, and we will add it to your balance. If you have rented the area with the Chapel Chairs and you need them down, then take pics, move anything you want, run it by our Manager,and you will put them back up when your event is over. You will be responsible to clean up any spills, so bring, spray bottle, rags, bucket, broom-dust pan & Large liners for trash cans. No nails, staples or screws, into our wood, use burlap string, wire, or zip ties. No confetti, feathers, glitter allowed here. Flower girls can only throw real petals. No shaking up a beer and or spraying it or confetti explosions allowed at anytime!! Be sure to leave your rental areas clear of all debris, and trash must go into the dumpsters. You will use your liners to reline our patio cans before you leave. You pay a security fee. When your area is clear call the venue manager and get it checked so your security can be refunded.

There is front parking, and a super large VIP on left side of Barn for events. More parking across the bridge in our field.

If you have a courtyard event, and our bride for the next day is inside setting her things up, you can use restrooms, and go right back to your area to show respect to them inside barn.
