RJR offers Hundreds of Acres of Trail riding, on scenic Ozark like trails. The Ranch is perfectly located just 10 minutes from I 270 @I 44 Intersection, just West on 44 @ Beaumont /Antire Exit #269.
Only 20-40 minutes from almost anywhere in St. Louis.

From Barn Parties, event hosting, Catering Western style, or Making your horsedream come true, with a Trail ride, or specialty ride to river, or including lunch or dinner , it's up to you to Dream Big! If you need a program of Horseback lessons to sharpen your skills, or a Fun Summer Camp, RJR is where to be.
Ownership is the ultimate, and Leasing is for a fraction of the cost at RJR. The horses are quality, well fed, awesome equines!

Specialty rides:

Lunch or Dinner Ride $75/each : Wrangler takes you to beautiful park. Includes wine and cheese, and serves you a deli style sandwich, and more! Lasts up to 2 hours. Great for couples.
Ride to the Big River is $125/each: Lasts for 2.5 to 3 hours. Bring a snack & frozen drink with you. 1 hour ride, break at river and 1 hour back.
CAMP OUTS! Bring your horse/$150
or we bring horse for you $350
( FRI-SUN): Just bring your clothes, pillow, & bedroll. We haul to
equestrian campgrounds with showers, and sleep in tents. Campfire and food provided. |

Use horse 1 week day & 1 weekend for up to 2 hours, actual riding approximately 1 hour. Ranch takes care of shoeing and vet. Ranch priority usage, for it's programs. RJR will substitute another horse if need be.
Leases will provide there own fly spray and bathing supplies.
$75 evaluation and orientation fee to start, Wrangler/Trainer will spend up to 2 hours catching, grooming and tacking the horse with you. Then will develop your seat, hands and introduce you to the trail network for approximately an hour.
1 - 2 months lease @ $225/month
3 - 6 months lease @ $175/month
6 - 12 months lease @ $150/month

Monthly Lessons:
English and Jumping Or Western and Barrel Racing lessons can be separate or combo.
Adults and children benefit from lessons. Our highly qualified and experienced trainers will encourage each student to strive for their next level. Schooling shows monthly if enrollment is large enough.
Group: 1x/wk. $150 mo. Sessions will last 1 hour and longer according to class size.
Private: $240/Month Sessions will last 1 hour.

For those interested in becoming an owner, you need to look no further. Rocking J will match you to a suitable horse.
An ever changing selection of quality horses are available with our RJR friendly service after the sale. Your 1st month board and personal training of 1 session per week is always included to get you and your new horse off to a great start together.
Boarding:
At Rocking J, "Everybody knows everybody, Everybody calls you Friend".
Naturalistic outdoor boarding, is RJR's way of making the happy horse because we believe that horses are happier outside. Our equines, love their pasture that has a lake for them to swim in and drink out of in warm summer months.
$175 during grass growing season.
$225 Includes hay and once daily grain.
Indoor Arena and round pen. Outdoor arena coming soon! Heated Lounge, Covered 30x60 Shady pavilion, loads of trails!.
Self care stalls are extra $100/month
Full Care is $375. month in a stall, with daily turnout. |
