Covered Deck & Patio w Firepit

$350+ refundable security($100) Includes four 8’ picnic tables, & two 6’ service tables and 12 black chairs if needed. For up to 2.5 hours for up to 50 guests.

Bring your own food & beverages.

You will clean up, & take your trash to the dumpster.

Location: Next to horse arena at front of barn.

Restrooms available inside.

Parking by the beautiful creek.

Pavilion, Deck & Courtyard w/ Firepit-Entire front of Venue

$1000+($300 refundable security) Includes up to 100 black chairs for up to 3 hours for up to 100 guests.

Optional : Added tables set up: with a dark chocolate linen for $150 each in Pavilion or out in Courtyard. Pavilion easily holds 9 tables of 10 black chairs.

You are responsible for:

Set up, Food, beverages, clean up and taking your trash to our dumpster at Left rear of barn.

Restrooms available inside.

Plenty of parking in our VIP lot.

Barn 3 hours(only weeknights) For last minute events if date is open on our calendar. Using Mid door on side of barn and VIP lot , includes side area fire-pit and use of our black chairs. $2500 +($500 refundable security). Shared restrooms at venue with another possible event out front in the Courtyard.

Optional : Added tables set up: with a dark chocolate linen for $150 each for up to 3 hours with up to 100 guests.

Including: head table, seating up to 24 guests

tables for your caterer’s food, bar use, dance floor, up to 8 tables of 10.
